Alright I gotta know... what paint do you use to get it so vibrant and great looking? And do you coat it afterwards to make it look shiny like that, or is it the shoes? These are seriously fantastic, and the pony ones are seriously adorable <3

well first of all thank you very much!

I get a lot of questions on my "secrets" lol which cracks me up because it's nothing secret....

I seal my shoes with a glue-like sealer before and after painting...doing it before locks the fibers so i get smoother lines.
The paint is basic Apple barrel acrylics...or any other acrylic I find...

The MAIN thing i guess that makes it look so bright and vibrant is (unlike most) I do a little extra work by drawing a basic outline of the characters and paint them all white! THEN I paint the colors and lines....

Hope that answers your curiosity a bit..:) if you try it out or something...I wanna see it :D

Ohh! That's brilliant, with the white. And the smooth lines was something I was wondering too, so thanks for adding that in there <3 I've been looking around at various crafts and things on here and there's a few that I want to try out. Probably going to start with sculpting little figures and painting an Xbox controller, then want to eventually branch out into painting clothes. Such as shoes XD But I'll stick you on my Watch list so I can find you again if/when I ever get to it, and I'll show you :)

yah for sure...good luck with everything! :) I'm actually going the opposite direction haha I'm just now going to start sculpting and other things...haha

oh and just a tip for the xbox controllers(if you haven't already tried it)...hobby/model paint works best...nothing else is going to stick right and backing images with white or silver will really help with lighter colors on plastic too.
